摘 要:CT自1971年问世以来,技术进步日新月异,极大地提高了医学影像的诊断水平,为多种疾病的诊治提供了很多便利。能谱CT的诊断特点,具有多样化的定量分析方法,与丰富的参数成像,不仅可以获得比传统CT更优质的图像质量,在组织的定量分析方面也有很大的优势。近年来能谱CT的研究发展迅速,在很多方面均有广泛应用。本文结合近年的研究文献,重点综述其在腹部淋巴结中的应用进展。Since the emergence of CT in 1971,it has developed rapidly,and medical imaging diagnosis has been improved significantly.There are various quantitative analysis methods and rich imaging parameters in energy spectrum CT.Compared with conventional CT,energy spectrum CT can be used to obtain much better-quality images and has great advantages for quantitative analysis of various tissues.In recent years,energy spectrum CT research is growing rapidly,and its clinical usage is increasingly wider.This article aimed to review energy spectrum CT-related studies published over the past few years,and focus on the application of energy spectrum CT in abdominal lymph nodes.
