摘  要:为了丰富高速公路隧道运营安全评价方法,首先从交通环境、隧道结构、安全管理、机电设施四个维度构建了隧道安全运营评价指标体系,并将隧道运营安全等级分为4个层次。其次通过直觉模糊层次分析法确定各指标的权重和分级评价矩阵,利用TOPSIS决策方法对隧道运营安全等级进行评价。最后根据三明莆炎高速隧道监测数据进行评价,得出隧道运营安全等级为一级,同时将该方法与传统模糊层次分析法进行对比,结果表明新方法在评价区分度和可靠度方面改进显著。In order to enrich the safety evaluation methods of expressway tunnel operation,this paper firstly constructs the evaluation index system of tunnel safety operation from the four dimensions of traffic environment,tunnel structure,safety management and electromechanical facilities,and divides the safety level of tunnel operation into four levels.Secondly,the weight and grading evaluation value matrix of each index are determined by intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and TOPSIS decision method is used to evaluate the safety level of tunnel operation.Finally,according to the monitoring data of Puyan Sanming High-speed tunnel,the tunnel operation safety grade is level 1.Meanwhile,the method is compared with the traditional fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the results show that the new method has significant improvement in the evaluation distinction and reliability.
