摘  要:以低能耗住宅为研究对象,对建筑领域中装配式低能耗问题进行探究分析。研究过程中首先分别对低能耗模拟与节能优化进行方法设计。研究结果显示当住宅面积为90m^(2)时,住宅内能耗设备与节能前相比,不论是电气的消耗还是燃料的消耗量均呈现出降低的状态,这表明研究所提材料墙体的设计一定程度上对于节约能耗是有益的。优化后墙体的整个生命周期能源消耗方面也有显著的降低。在预制空气间层保温墙体性能住宅每年总能源使用强度为633MJ/m^(2),与前面得到是数据相比有所减小,这也表示预制空气间层外保温墙总节能效果逐渐优化。This research takes the low energy consumption residence as the research object to explore and analyze the problem of low energy consumption in the field of construction.In the research process,the methods of low energy consumption simulation and energy saving optimization are designed respectively.The research results show that when the residential area is 90m^(2),both the electrical consumption and fuel consumption of the energy consuming equipment in the residential area are reduced compared with those before energy conservation,which indicates that the design of the material wall proposed in the study is beneficial to energy conservation to some extent.The energy consumption of the whole life cycle of the optimized wall is also significantly reduced.The annual total energy use intensity of the residential building with prefabricated air interlayer insulation wall performance is 633MJ/m^(2) ,which is lower than the previous data.This also indicates that the overall energy saving effect of prefabricated air interlayer external insulation wall is gradually optimized.
