摘 要:以Raney Cu催化剂为前体,利用氧化还原反应在催化剂表面掺杂助剂得到Ag-Raney Cu催化剂。采用XRD,SEM,XPS等方法表征了催化剂的组成和形貌,并在两段床反应器上研究了所制备催化剂的C_(4)选择加氢除炔能力。实验结果表明,在两段床反应器中、反应温度45℃、LHSV=10 h^(-1)、反应压力1.0 MPa条件下,Raney Cu催化剂具有很高的催化活性,可在高LHSV下脱除C_(4)馏分中的炔烃,但丁二烯损失率较高;Ag-Raney Cu催化剂在具有高催化活性的同时,丁二烯损失率下降至4.0%以下。Using Raney Cu catalyst as the precursor,and Ag-Raney Cu catalyst was obtained by doping additives on the surface of catalyst through redox reaction.The composition and morphology of the catalyst were characterized by XRD,SEM,XPS.The selective hydrogenation ability of the catalyst for acetylene removing from C_(4) fraction was studied in a two-stage reactor.The experimental results show that under the conditions of using two-stage reactor,reaction temperature 45 ℃,LHSV 10 h^(-1) and reaction pressure 1.0 MPa,Raney Cu catalyst has high activity and can remove alkynes from C_(4) fraction with high LHSV.However,the loss rate of butadiene is also high.As for the Ag-Raney Cu catalyst,it has high catalytic activity,and the loss rate of butadiene can decrease to less than 4.0%.
