摘  要:研制了甲醇制芳烃(MTA)流化床催化剂,采用SEM,^(27)Al NMR等方法对催化剂进行表征,考察了催化剂的稳定性。对MTA流化床工艺条件进行优化,并针对MTA副产轻烃的特点,研制出高性能轻烃芳构化固定床催化剂。将流化床MTA单元和固定床轻烃芳构化单元高效集成,成功开发了高芳烃收率的MTA技术,并完成36 kt/a的工业应用试验。试验结果表明,甲醇转化率大于99.9%,总芳烃碳基收率为78.69%,苯、甲苯和二甲苯在总芳烃中的含量为83.14%(w),对二甲苯在二甲苯中的质量含量为70.30%。The catalyst for the production of methanol to aromatics(MTA) in fluidized bed was developed.The physical properties of the catalyst were characterized by SEM,^(27)Al NMR.The stability of the catalyst was investigated.The process conditions of the MTA fluidized bed was optimized,and a high-performance catalyst for aromatization of light hydrocarbons in fixed bed was developed according to the characteristics of the light hydrocarbons produced by MTA.Through the efficient integration of the fluidized bed MTA unit and the fixed bed light hydrocarbon aromatization unit,the MTA technology with high aromatics yield was successfully developed,and the 36 kt/a industrial test was completed.The test results show that the methanol conversion is more than 99.9%,the carbon based yield of total aromatics is 78.69%,the mass content of benzene,toluene and xylene in aromatics is 83.14%(w),and the mass content of p-xylene in xylene is 70.30%.
