摘  要:在Unipol工业装置上采用两级串联反应工艺对中熔融指数高抗冲性能聚丙烯产品进行五次工业化开发试验,并获得成功,总结出了“抑一扬二”两级聚合反应控制理念。通过优化反应器Ⅰ,Ⅱ的床重和温度、三乙基铝的注入量及方式、Al与选择性控制剂的摩尔比、反应器Ⅰ氢气加注量、反应器Ⅱ乙烯分压等,有效增加了产品中乙丙橡胶相含量,橡胶相颗粒粒径分布及空间分散均匀,产品抗冲性能表现优良,刚韧获得较好平衡;通过对反应器Ⅰ的流化状态及空间反应强度的优化控制,解决了工业试验初期出现的反应器Ⅰ结块、结片、壁温波动大的问题,实现了连续平稳生产。The high impact resistant polypropylene with a medium melting index was successfully developed by two-stage series reaction process on Unipol industrial plant through five industrial innovation trials.The control concept of “inhibiting one and raising two” two-stage polymerization reaction was summarized.By optimizing the bed weight and temperature of reactor Ⅰ and reactor Ⅱ,the injection amount and mode of triethyl aluminum,the molar ratio of Al to selective control agent,the injection amount of hydrogen in the reactor Ⅰ,and the partial pressure of ethylene in reactor Ⅱ,the content of ethylene-propylene rubber phase in the product is effectively increased,the particle size distribution and spatial distribution of the rubber phase are uniform,the impact resistance of the product is excellent with balanced rigidity and toughness.Through the optimal control of the fluidized state and spatial reaction strength of reactor Ⅰ,the problems of agglomeration and sheeting in reactor Ⅰ,wall temperature fluctuation that appeared in the early phase of industrial trials are solved and the continuous and stable production is realized.
