摘 要:中国是锰资源开发利用、锰产品加工及消费大国,锰矿对外依存度逐年攀升。因资源禀赋及产业结构问题,国内大量进口高品位氧化锰矿,用于加工锰系合金及新能源电池原材料;中低品位碳酸锰矿石,主要用于生产电解锰,制造锰系不锈钢。中国电解锰厂使用的碳酸锰矿石平均品位大多为12%~13%,不仅导致生产过程物料消耗较高,总锰回收率偏低,还会产生大量电解锰废渣,由此带来较大的生态环境隐患与极高的固废处置难度。因此,针对中国碳酸锰矿特点,通过选矿提高矿石品位,从源头减少锰渣量,对拓宽国内锰资源产品路线及保障国内锰产业链供应链自主可控具有重大意义。研究通过分析比较洗矿、重选、磁选、浮选、光电选矿及联合选矿技术的适用条件及技术优势,提出了碳酸锰矿高效开发利用途径及选矿技术研究方向。China today is a major country in the development and utilization of manganese resources,processing and consumption of manganese products.But the dependence of manganese ore on foreign countries has been increasing year by year.Due to resource endowment and industrial structure issues,a large amount of high-grade manganese oxide ore is imported domestically for processing manganese based alloys and raw materials for new energy batteries.Medium to low grade manganese carbonate ore is mainly used for the production of electrolytic manganese and the manufacturing of manganese series stainless steel.The average grade of manganese carbonate ore used in China's electrolytic manganese plants is mostly 12%-13%,which not only leads to high material consumption in the production process and low total manganese recovery rate,but also generates a large amount of electrolytic manganese waste,which brings about significant ecological and environmental hazards and extremely high difficulty in solid waste disposal.Therefore,in response to the characteristics of China’s manganese carbonate ore,it is important to improve the ore grade through beneficiation and reduce the amount of manganese slag.It is of great significance for expanding the domestic manganese resource product route and ensuring the independent and controllable supply chain of the domestic manganese industry.In analyzing and comparing the applicable conditions and technological advantages of ore washing,including gravity separation,magnetic separation,flotation,photoelectric beneficiation and combined beneficiation technologies,this study will propose efficient development and utilization paths for manganese carbonate ore and research directions for beneficiation technology.
