摘  要:为处理高钙镁含锰废水中锰的回收问题,采用合成沉淀剂回收其中的锰并制备电池级硫酸锰。通过控制变量法分别考察了反应时间、温度、滴加速率、沉淀剂的用量对锰、镁、钙分离效果的影响。结果表明分离的最佳条件为:合成沉淀剂的加入量n(Mn^(2+))∶n(C)=1∶1,滴加速率为9 mL/min,温度为50℃,滴加完成后保持反应30 min,锰的回收率达到99.65%,镁离子、钙离子的保留率分别为99.99%,98.88%。滤饼用1 mol/L的硫酸进行酸解,过滤、重结晶得到产品一水硫酸锰,经分析产品中锰的质量分数为31.97%,钙镁分别为0.018%和0.001%,符合《电池用硫酸锰》(HG/T 4823—2015)的质量标准,实现了含锰废水中锰资源的高效利用,对于处理高镁钙含锰废水具有较大工业应用价值。In order to deal with the recovery of manganese from wastewater containing high calcium and magnesium,a synthetic precipitant was used to recover manganese and prepare battery grade manganese sulfate.Through the research of the effects of reaction time,temperature,droplet acceleration rate,it found the amount of precipitant on the separation efficiency of manganese,magnesium and calcium were investigated in controlled variable method.The results show that the optimal conditions for separation were as follows:when the amount of synthetic precipitant was n(Mn^(2+)):n(C)=1∶1,the drop acceleration rate was 9 mL/min,the temperature was 50℃and the reaction was held for 30 min after the drop addition.The recovery of manganese reached 99.65%and the retention rates of magnesium and calcium ions were 99.99%and 98.88%respectively.The filter cake is acidified with 1 mol/L sulfuric acid.It is filtered and recrystallized to obtain the product manganese sulfate monohydrate.Through the analysis,it is considered that the mass fraction of manganese in the product is 31.97%and the calcium and magnesium are 0.018%and 0.001%respectively.It meets the quality standards of Manganese Sulfate for Batteries(HG/T 4823-2015),achieving efficient utilization of manganese resources in manganese containing wastewater,as is of great industrial application value for treating high magnesium calcium manganese containing wastewater.
