摘 要:南非某大型锰矿为新建矿山,属薄至中厚的缓倾斜矿体,根据锰矿体赋存特征和开采技术条件,结合矿区地形特点考虑了3种可行的开拓运输方案。方案一:胶带斜井+矿石分散破碎+辅助斜坡道方案;方案二:混合井+矿石集中破碎+辅助斜坡道方案;方案三:混合井+矿石分散破碎+辅助斜坡道方案。通过经济技术比较,考虑到方案一不仅具有可比基建投资低,可比运营成本低的优点,且在生产过程中操作维护简单,提升能力有较大调节空间,可为今后扩产提供基础。因此推荐采用方案一,即胶带斜井+矿石分散破碎+辅助斜坡道方案。该方案可为国内外大型缓倾斜矿山的开拓运输方案提供一定的借鉴。A large manganese mine in South Africa is a newly-built mine,which is inclined with thin to gently-thick ore body.According to the occurrence characteristics of manganese ore body and mining technical conditions,they are combined with the terrain characteristics of the mine,and considering three feasible development and transportation schemes.It is included in the belt inclined shaft+ore dispersive crushing+auxiliary slope path,the mixed well+ore crushing+auxiliary ramp scheme and the mixed well+ore dispersion and crushing+auxiliary ramp scheme.After economic and technical comparison,it not only has the advantages of low comparable infrastructure investment and low comparable operating cost,but also has simple operation and maintenance in the production process.It has a large adjustment space for improving capacity,which can provide a basis for future expansion of production.Therefore,the first scheme is recommended in belt inclined shaft+ore dispersion and crushing+auxiliary ramp.The scheme can provide some reference for the development and transportation scheme of large gently inclined mines at home and abroad.
