糖皮质激素滴眼液在流行性角结膜炎治疗中的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析糖皮质激素滴眼液在流行性角结膜炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月桓台县马桥镇中心卫生院眼科收治的流行性角结膜炎患者100例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各50例。研究组给予糖皮质激素滴眼液治疗,对照组给予抗病毒治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生率、炎性反应症状消退时间、眼部指标、症状复发率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0144);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0252);研究组患者眼睑水肿、球结膜充血、睑结膜滤泡消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0000);治疗后,研究组眼部内压、最佳矫正视力水平高于对照组,角膜上皮浸润量化评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组症状复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0269)。结论:糖皮质激素滴眼液治疗流行性角结膜炎效果显著,能够有效改善患者临床症状,缩短康复时间,减少不良反应,改善眼部指标。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid eye drops in the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivi⁃tis.Methods:From March 2022 to March 2023,one hundred patients with epidemic keratoconjunctivitis admitted to the Depart⁃ment of Ophthalmology,Huantai County Maqiao Town Central Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the research group,with 50 cases in each group.The re⁃search group was treated with glucocorticoid eye drops,and the control group was given antiviral treatment.The treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions,time for inflammatory response symptoms to subside,ocular indexes,and symptom recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0144).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0252).The time of eyelid edema,bulbar con⁃junctival hyperemia,and palpebral conjunctival follicle regression in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0000).After treatment,the intraocular pressure and best corrected visual acu⁃ity level of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the quantitative score of corneal epithelial infiltration was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of symptoms in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0269).Conclusion:Glucocorticoid eye drops have a significant effect in the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,shorten the recovery time,reduce adverse reactions,and improve eye indicators.
