芳香开窍法经鼻窍刺激治疗卒中后认知功能障碍的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨芳香开窍法经鼻腔刺激治疗卒中后认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月柳州市中医医院及协作单位收治的卒中后认知功能障碍患者50例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组给予基础药物联合健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药药枕联合香薰治疗。比较两组患者智能精神状态、认知功能、日常生活能力。结果:治疗后,观察组智能精神状态评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。治疗后7、14 d,两组患者认知功能评分均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组认知功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。治疗后,两组患者日常生活能力评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:芳香开窍法经鼻腔刺激治疗可有效改善卒中后认知障碍临床症状,改善患者智能精神状态、认知功能、日常生活能力。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of aromatherapy in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive dysfunction through nasal cavity stimulation.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,fifty patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment admitted to Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its cooperative units were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given basic medicine combined with health education,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicinal pillow combined with aromatherapy on the basis of the control group.The mental state,cognitive function,and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the mental state score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).On day 7 and 14 after treatment,the cognitive function scores of both groups increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cognitive function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).After treatment,the scores of daily living ability of the two groups were all increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:Aroma resuscitation therapy through nasal cavity stimulation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of poststroke cognitive impairment,and improve the mental state,cognitive function and daily life ability of patients.
