活血益气降糖汤治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血益气降糖汤治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的临床效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年1月沂南县中医医院收治的糖尿病合并冠心病患者68例为观察对象,根据密封信封抽选法分为对照组与研究组,各34例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予活血益气降糖汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、血糖水平[糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hFPG)]、血脂水平[高度密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)]、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);研究组HbA_(1c)、FPG、2 hFPG水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组HDL-C水平高于对照组,LDL-C、TG、TC水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。结论:活血益气降糖汤治疗糖尿病合并冠心病疗效显著,可改善患者血糖、血脂水平,不良反应较少,安全性高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxue Yiqi Jiangtang Decoction in treating diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:From July 2020 to January 2022,68 patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease admitted to Yinan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as observation objects.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to the sealed envelope drawing method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Huoxue Yiqi Jiangtang decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,blood glucose levels[glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c)),fasting blood glucose(FPG)and fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hFPG)],blood lipid levels[high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC)],the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).The levels of HbA_(1c),FPG,and 2 hFPG in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of HDL-C in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of LDL-C,TG,and TC were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).Conclusion:Huoxue Yiqi Jiangtang decoction has a significant curative effect on diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease,can improve blood glucose and blood lipid levels,has fewer adverse reactions,and has high safety.
