摘  要:目的:分析2015年、2018年、2021年南通市通州区疟疾媒介蚊种群及密度情况。方法:选取南通市通州区3个乡镇传疟媒介监测点(2015年金沙镇金新街道麒麟桥村,2018年东社镇五马路村,2021年金沙镇金沙街道虹西村)的疟疾媒介按蚊调查工作数据。从媒介种群调查和媒介密度调查分析疟疾媒介按蚊的现状。结果:2015年、2018年及2021年室内环境捕蚊总数均低于室外环境捕蚊总数。2015年、2018年蚊种密度均以库蚊的密度最高,其次是中华按蚊,伊蚊密度最低;2021年蚊种密度以库蚊的密度最高,其次是伊蚊,中华按蚊密度最低。2015年、2018年、2021年中华按蚊密度呈逐年降低的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中华按蚊是南通市通州区的主要传疟媒介,但分布较少、密度低,有逐年下降趋势。Objective:To analyze the population and density of malaria vector mosquitoes in Tongzhou District,Nantong City in 2015,2018 and 2021.Methods:The investigation data of Anopheles malaria vector in 3 township surveillance sites(2015 Qilinqiao Village,Jinxin Street,Jinsha Town,2018 Wumalu Village,Dongshe Town,2021 Hongxi Village,Jinsha Street,Jinsha Town)of malaria vector in Tongzhou District,Nantong City were selected.The present situation of malaria vector Anopheles was analyzed from vector population survey and vector density survey.Results:The total number of mosquitoes caught in the indoor environment in 2015,2018 and 2021 was lower than the total number of mosquitoes caught in the outdoor environment.In both 2015 and 2018,Culex mosquito had the highest density,followed by Anopheles sinensis,and Aedes mosquito had the lowest density.In 2021,Culex has the highest density of mosquito species,followed by Aedes,and Anopheles sinensis is the lowest.In 2015,2018,and 2021,the density of Anopheles sinensis showed a decreasing trend year by year,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anopheles sinensis is the main malaria vector in Tongzhou District,Nantong City,but its distribution is small and its density is low,showing a downward trend year by year.
