摘　　要：为了对中老铁路更好地维护管理,解决跨境运输面临的技术挑战,研究定制了跨境机车、动车组LKJ、CIR设备方案,并以管理模式创新、维修工艺创新、技术支持创新为基础,不断强化专业管理及标准落实,持续做好技术保障支持,切实提升设备质量,全力确保中老铁路运输安全持续稳定。In order to better maintain and manage the China-Laos Railway and solve the technical challenges faced by cross-border transportation,several plans including cross-border locomotive,EMU LKJ,CIR equipment solutions are studied and customized.Based on management mode innovation,maintenance process innovation,and technical support innovation,the professional management and standard implementation are constantly strengthened,and the continuous technical support is kept,the equipment quality is effectively improved aiming to ensure the safety and stability of China-Laos Railway transportation.
