四氯苯醌荷移分光光度法测定苯妥英钠

摘  要:通过研究电子供体苯妥英钠和电子受体四氯苯醌间的荷移反应,建立了四氯苯醌荷移分光光度法测定片剂中苯妥英钠含量的实验方法。实验结果表明,苯妥英钠和四氯苯醌在乙醇介质中,50℃水浴反应10 min,可以生成稳定的荷移络合物。该络合物的络合比为1∶1,在430 nm处有最大吸收,表观物质的量吸光系数为3.47×10^(2) L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。在苯妥英钠的质量浓度为10~250 mg·L^(-1)范围内,生成的络合物浓度与吸光度遵守比尔定律,相关系数是0.9993。药物苯妥英钠的质量浓度为250 mg·L^(-1)时,实验结果的相对标准偏差(n=11)是1.49%。应用本实验方法测定了片剂中的苯妥英钠含量,平均回收率处于98.8%~101.9%范围内。The photometric method was used to study the charge-transfer reaction between the electron donor-phenytoin sodium and the electron acceptor-tetrachlorobenzoquinone,and an experimental method for determining the content of phenytoin sodium in tablets was established by the charge transfer spectrophotometry.The experimental results show that phenytoin sodium and tetrachlorobenzoquinone react in ethanol solution for 10 minutes in a water bath at 50℃to form a stable charge-transfer complex.For this complex,the composition ratio is 1∶1,the maximum absorption wavelength is 430 nm and the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 3.47×10^(2)L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).The experimental results show that the mass concentration of the drug phenytoin sodium between 10 and 250 mg·L^(-1)complies with Beer's law,and the correlation coefficient is 0.9993.When the mass concentration of the drug phenytoin sodium is 250 mg·L^(-1),the relative standard deviation(n=11)of the experimental results is 1.49%.This experimental method was used to determine the content of phenytoin sodium in tablets,and the average recovery rate was in the range of 98.8%to 101.9%.
