亚临界压力下空温式气化器传热特性研究

摘　　要：空温式气化器有着不耗能、构造简单、价格低廉等优点,被广泛应用于LNG气化调峰站。在LNG的气化过程中,传统的空温式气化器的翅片管表面会出现结霜,从而使其传热性能下降。模拟了亚临界压力下空温式气化器纵向翅片管的传热特性,得到了翅片管外壁温,管内流体温度,霜层厚度,管内外对流换热系数等参数沿管长的分布规律。Air-temperature gasifiers have the advantages of no energy consumption,simple structure and low price,and are widely used in liquified natural gas(LNG)gasification peak-shaving stations.During the gasification of LNG,frost will appear on the surface of the finned tubes of the traditional air-temperature gasifier,which reduces the heat transfer performance.In this paper,the heat transfer characteristics of the longitudinal finned tube of the air-temperature gasifier under subcritical pressure are simulated,and the distribution law of parameters such as the outer wall temperature of the finned tube,the fluid temperature in the tube,the frost layer thickness,the convective heat transfer coefficient inside and outside the tube and other parameters along the length of the tube is obtained.
