复配除磷药剂去除污水厂痕量磷的研究

摘  要:研究以市面上成本低廉及广泛使用的硫酸亚铁作为主体絮凝剂,通过两两组合投加方式,将FeSO_(4)与FeCl_(3)、PFS、PAC、Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)等除磷药剂分别进行复配;运用均匀实验的方法将FeSO_(4)、FeCl_(3)、PFS、PAC、Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)五种药剂进行复配实验。实验结果表明,复配药剂最佳条件为:FeSO_(4)(质量浓度为10 g·L^(-1))与PFS(质量浓度为7 g·L^(-1))复配体积比为3∶1,投加量为2 mL,混凝转速为200 r·min^(-1),混凝时间为1 min,絮凝转速为100 r·min^(-1),絮凝时间为20 min,沉淀时间为30 min,pH值为7。总磷去除率为99.58%,除磷效率较单一的FeSO_(4)和PFS均有所提升,分别增长了0.42%和0.21%,处理后水样的pH值接近于中性。这种除磷效率高、成本低廉的复配除磷药剂,具有广阔的应用前景。The main flocculants were the low-cost and widely used FeSO_(4),and the phosphorus removal agents such as FeSO_(4),FeCl_(3),PFS,PAC,Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3) were mixed respectively by two combinations.The mixture experiments of FeSO_(4),FeCl_(3),PFS,PAC and Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3) were carried out by means of uniform experiment.The results showed that the optimum conditions:The ratio of FeSO_(4)(10 g·L^(-1))and PFS(7 g·L^(-1))was 3∶1,the dosage was 2 ml,the coagulation speed was 200 r·min^(-1),the coagulation time was 1 min,the flocculation speed was 100 r·min^(-1),the flocculation time was 20 min,the precipitation time was 30 min and the PH value was 7.The total phosphorus removal rate was 99.58%,and the phosphorus removal efficiency was improved by 0􀆰42%and 0.21%,respectively,compared with single FeSO_(4) and PFS.The pH value of the treated water sample was close to neutral.The compound phosphorus removal agent with high phosphorus removal efficiency and low cost has broad application prospect.
