医务人员版复苏陪伴利弊评估量表汉化及信效度研究

摘　　要：目的:对医务人员版复苏陪伴利弊评估量表(FPR-BS)进行汉化,并检验其信效度。方法:汉化、修订FPR-BS,对242名儿科急诊医务人员进行调查,分析评价汉化后量表的信度和效度。结果:从临界组比较、条目与总分相关、同质性检验3个方面对FPR-BS进行项目分析,结果显示汉化量表各条目具有良好的适切性、可靠程度。量表各条目与总量表之间的共同性为0.416~0.883,利益项的Bartlett球形检验KMO值为0.875(P<0.01),各条目的共同性为0.416~0.883,因子载荷为0.212~0.836;风险项Bartlett球形检验KMO值为0.704(P<0.01),各条目的共同性为0.490~0.797,因子载荷为0.199~0.604。量表的内容效度指数为1.0,重测信度为0.819,折半信度为0.806,Cronbach′sα为0.890。结论:中文版FPR-BS具有良好的信度和效度,可以用于评估医务人员对复苏陪伴的态度及意向。Objective:To translate the version of FPR-BS(Family Presence Risk-Benefit Scale for professionals)into Chinese,and test its reliability and validity.Methods:Translate and revise the English version of FPR-BS.The Chinese version of FPR-BS was used to investigate the reliability and validity of 242 pediatric doctors and nurses.Results:The Chinese version of FPDR-BRS was analyzed in three aspects:critical group comparison,item and total score correlation and homogeneity test.The results showed that the scale entries had good suitability and reliability.Commonity between items andentire scale was 0.416~0.883.The benefits scale showed that the Bartlett test value of KMO was 0.875(P<0.01).The result of risks scale showed that the Bartlett test value of KMO was 0.704(P<0.01).The factor loading was 0.490~0.797.The content validity index was 1.0,test-retest reliability was 0.819,split-half reliability was 0.806,the Cronbach′s alpha Coefficient of it was 0.890.Conclusion:The Chinese version of FPR-BS has good reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate the attitude and intention of the professionals in the family presence.
