摘　　要：皮肤微生态系统是表皮屏障的重要组成部分,高通量测序技术将皮肤微生物群丰度、多样化与结构分布更为明晰地展示出来,并推动了“中药-皮肤菌群”互相作用的研究进程。文章提出中药方剂在维持皮肤微生态中发挥了拮抗致病微生物、激活皮肤免疫应答、共建生物定植屏障、维护表皮弱酸环境等的作用,探讨了不同类型中药方剂及发酵类中药在调节皮肤微生态方面可能存在的差异性机制,借助中医辨证论治,以期对皮肤微生态辨“证”论治,从而进行个体化与动态性调控。为中医药内调外治法调理皮肤菌群、预防与治疗皮肤疾病、恢复皮肤微生态平衡提供多角度辨证方法与用药思路。Skin microecosystem is an important part of the epidermal barrier.High-throughput sequencing technology demonstrated the abundance,diversity and structure distribution of skin microbiota more clearly,and promoted the research progress of"TCM and skin microbiota"interaction.Article put forward the Chinese traditional medicine plays an important role in antagonizing pathogenic microorganisms,activating skin immune response,and co-building biological engraftment barrier,maintaining skin weak acid environment in maintaining skin microecology.,this paper discusses the different types of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and fermented TCM possible differences in the aspects of adjusting skin micro mechanism,with the aid of treatment according to syndrome differentiation TCM,The aim of this paper is to distinguish and treat skin microecology,so as to carry out individualized and dynamic regulation.To provide a multi-angle syndrome differentiation and medication ideas for for internal regulation and external treatment of TCM for the treatment of skin flora,prevention and treatment of skin diseases,and restoration of skin microecological balance.
