戊酸雌二醇治疗闭经与无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究戊酸雌二醇治疗闭经与无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法选择100例闭经与无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(50例,使用屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗)、研究组(50例,在对照组基础上联合戊酸雌二醇治疗)。对比两组各项指标。结果研究组第一至第三周期的流血时间均短于对照组,血流量均少于对照组;与治疗前比较,治疗后两组血清卵泡刺激素、雌二醇、孕酮水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组;治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭经与无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者应用戊酸雌二醇治疗能够缩短出血时间,减少血流量,调节性激素,疗效显著且安全可靠。Objective To explore the clinical effect of estradiol valerate in the treatment of amenorrhea and anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 100 patients with amenorrhea and anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected and divided into the control group(50 cases,treated with drospirenone estradiol tablets)and the study group(50 cases,treated with estradiol valerate on the basis of control group)by random number table method.The indicators of the two groups were compared.Results During the fi rst to third cycles,the bleeding time and blood flow of the study group were all shorter than that of the control group;compared with before treatment,the levels of serum follicular estrogen,estradiol and progesterone in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group;after treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of amenorrhea and anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with estradiol valerate can shorten the bleeding time,reduce blood flow,regulate sex hormones,and the efficacy is significant,safe and reliable.
