卫生棉条联合克霉唑片阴道给药对治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨卫生棉条联合克霉唑片阴道给药在外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者中的应用效果。方法选择外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者240例,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组、试验组,各120例。予以对照组克霉唑片治疗,于上述基础上予以试验组卫生棉条。两组均连续治疗7 d,并于治疗后进行随访3个月。对比两组治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后炎性因子水平,以及随访3个月后复发情况。结果治疗后,与对照组的临床总有效率(87.50%)比较,试验组的临床总有效率(95.00%)更高;与治疗前比较,治疗后,两组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平均降低,且与对照组进行比较,试验组较低;随访3个月后,试验组的复发率为13.33%低于对照组的24.17%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者给予卫生棉条联合克霉唑片阴道给药,可以有效提高临床治疗效果,降低其体内炎性因子水平,且复发率相对更低。Objective To investigate the application of tampon combined with clotrimazole tablets for vaginal administration in patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods A total of 240 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis were selected and divided into the control group and the test group according to random number table method,120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clotrimazole tablets,and the test group was treated with tampon on the basis of the control group.Both groups received continuous treatment for 7 d and were followed up for 3 months after treatment.The clinical effects,levels of infl ammatory factors before and after treatment and the recurrence after a follow-up of 3 months were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group(87.50%),the total clinical effective rate of the test group(95.00%)was relatively higher.Compared with those before treatment,serum tumor necrosis factor-α,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 levels in the two groups decreased after treatment,and compared with the control group,the test group was relatively lower.After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the test group was 13.33%,which was lower than that of the control group 24.17%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis,tampon combined with clotrimazole tablet vaginal administration can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect,reduce the level of infl ammatory factors,and the recurrence rate is relatively lower.
