人文关怀护理联合体位管理在剖宫产产妇中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理联合体位管理在剖宫产产妇中的应用价值。方法选取80例剖宫产产妇,并通过随机数字表法进行分组,分别为对照组(40例,常规护理)、观察组(40例,人文关怀护理联合体位管理)。比较两组各项指标。结果与入院时比,入产科重症监护中心至术后1 d两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均呈先升高后降低的趋势,且观察组均低于对照组;观察组下床活动、肛门排气及泌乳时间均短于对照组,术后6 h的疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组;护理后,观察组满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产产妇应用人文关怀护理联合体位管理能够改善围术期指标,缓解负性情绪,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application value of humanistic care and nursing combined position management in the parturients of cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 cases of cesarean section were selected and divided into the control group(40 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(40 cases,humanistic care and nursing combined position management)by random number table method.The indicators of two groups were compared.Results Compared with the time of admission,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the two groups from admission to obstetric intensive care center to 1 day after surgery showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing,and the observation group was lower than the control group;The time of getting out of bed,anal exhaust and lactation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the visual analog score 6 h after operation was lower than that in the control group;After nursing,the satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care and nursing combined position management can improve perioperative indexes,relieve negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.
