摘　　要：目的分析近25年中国体医融合的研究热点与发展趋势,为体医融合的实践提供理论依据和工作思路。方法以中国知网(CNKI)为检索数据源,设置“体医融合”or“体医结合”为检索主题词,运用CiteSpace软件对1998-2022年相关文献的发文情况、期刊来源、作者、机构及关键词进行分析。结果共纳入来源于285种期刊的790篇文章,其中2016年发文量出现新的突破且逐年持续上升;发文量≥3的作者为体医融合研究领域的核心作者,共计35人,其中郭建军发文量最多;发文机构共103个,以体育类院校为主,南京师范大学体育科学学院发文最多;主要研究热点为体医融合发展机制与路径、复合型人才培养以及慢性病防治。结论国家出台的一系列政策促进了体医融合发展,逐渐引起社会及学术界的关注,但相关研究成果的发文质量仍需提升,且相关研究人员及机构之间的合作需进一步加强以实现资源优势互补,另外体医融合研究的深度与广度有待加强。Objective To analyze the research hotspots and development trends of physical and medical integration in China in the past 25 years,and to provide theoretical basis and working ideas for the practice of sports and medical integration.Methods CNKI was used as the search data source,and"physical and medical integration"or"combination of physical and medicine"was set as the search keywords.CiteSpace software was used to analyze the publication status,journal sources,authors,institutions and keywords of relevant literatures from 1998 to 2022.Results A total of 790 articles from 285 journals were included.In 2016,a new breakthrough was achieved and it continued to increase year by year.Authors with the number of articles≥3 were the core authors in this field,with a total of 35 people,of which GUO Jian-jun had the largest number of publications.A total of 103 institutions had published articles,mainly sports colleges and universities,and the College of Physical Education Science of Nanjing Normal University had the most articles.The main research hotspots were the development mechanism and path of sports and medicine integration,the cultivation of compound talents and the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.Conclusion A series of policies issued by the state have promoted the development of physical and medical integration,which has gradually attracted the attention of society and academia.However,the quality of relevant research results still needs to be improved,and the cooperation between relevant researchers and institutions needs to be further strengthened to achieve complementary advantages of resources.In addition,the depth and breadth of physical and medical integration research need to be strengthened.
