摘　　要：目的了解可能影响急诊科护士灾害准备度的因素。方法检索PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、CINAHL、中国知网、万方及维普数据库,检索时间为建库至2022年8月,纳入有关我国急诊科护士灾害准备度影响因素的相关文献,进行筛选、提取、评价文献,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7篇文献,总样本量为2418例;Meta分析显示,灾害课程培训、救援经验、职称及学历是影响急诊科护士灾害准备度的因素。结论灾害课程培训、救援经验、职称以及学历是我国急诊科护士灾害准备度的影响因素,护理管理者应制定相应改进政策提升急诊科护士的备灾能力。Objective To understand the factors that may affect the disaster preparedness of emergency nurses.Methods PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases were searched from the establishment of the database to August 2022.Relevant literatures on the influencing factors of disaster preparedness of emergency nurses in China were included for screening,extraction and evaluation.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 7 articles were included,with a total sample size of 2418 cases;Meta-analysis showed that disaster course training,rescue experience,professional title and educational background were the factors affecting the disaster preparedness of emergency nurses.Conclusion Disaster course training,rescue experience,professional title and educational background are the influencing factors of disaster preparedness of emergency nurses in China.Nursing managers should formulate corresponding improvement policies to improve the disaster preparedness ability of emergency nurses.
