三阴性乳腺癌诊断中应用超声检查的诊断效能研究

摘　　要：目的:分析超声检查在三阴性乳腺癌诊断中的效能。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年1月期间浙江大学医学院附属第二医院收治的79例乳腺癌患者,所有患者术前均接受乳腺超声检查和MRI检查,参考术后免疫组化结果将患者分为三阴性乳腺癌组(39例)和非三阴性乳腺癌组(40例),分析两组患者超声影像检查结果。结果:三阴性乳腺癌组和非三阴性乳腺癌组在后方回声是否衰减、阻力指数方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在边界是否清晰、有无高回声晕、有无毛刺征、纵横比、有无微小钙化、血流分级、有无腋窝淋巴结转移方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌诊断中通过超声检查,分析边界是否清晰,有无高回声晕,有无毛刺征、纵横比,有无微小钙化、血流分级、有无腋窝淋巴结转移,可以判断患者是否为三阴性乳腺癌。Objective To analyze the efficacy of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of triple negative breast cancer.Methods A total of 79 patients with breast cancer admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected.All patients received breast ultrasonography and MRI before surgery.The patients were divided into triple negative breast cancer group(39 cases)and non-triple negative breast cancer group(40 cases)according to the results of postoperative immunohistochemistry.The results of ultrasound imaging in the two groups were analyzed.Results There were no significant differences between the triple negative breast cancer group and the non-triple negative breast cancer group in terms of whether the posterior echo attenuation and resistance index(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in the clear boundary,high echo halo,burr sign,aspect ratio,micro-calcification,blood grading and axillary lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of breast cancer,by ultrasonography,whether the boundary is clear,whether there is high echo halo,whether there is burr sign,aspect ratio,whether there is micro calcification,blood flow grading,whether there is axillary lymph node metastasis can be judged whether the patient is triple-negative breast cancer.
