摘　　要：目的探讨四区域腰椎间孔注射联合五联法治疗复杂性膝关节痛的临床价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年7月北京核工业医院四〇一院区确诊为复杂性膝关节痛采用四区域腰椎间孔注射联合五联法治疗的80例患者(A组)和仅采用五联法治疗的80例患者(B组)。比较两组患者治疗前与治疗1、3个月后视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、数字疼痛评分(NRS)及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)量表的差异。结果与治疗前比较,治疗1、3个月后两组患者VAS评分、NRS评分及ODI得分均逐渐降低,且A组均低于B组(均P<0.05)。结论四区域腰椎间孔注射联合五联法治疗复杂性膝关节痛疗效显著,不良反应小,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of four-region lumbar intervertebral foramen injection combined with five-joint method in the treatment of complex knee pain.Methods The clinical data of patients diagnosed with complex knee pain from January 2020 to July 2021 at the Forty-one Hospital of Beijing Nuclear Industry were selected.One hundred and sixty patients were included in this study according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and were divided into group A and group B according to the different treatment methods,with 80 patients in each group.Patients in group A were treated with four-region lumbar intervertebral foramen injection combined with the five-component method,and patients in group B were treated with the five-component method.The VAS scores and NRS scores were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 1 and 3 months of treatment;the Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)scores were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 1 and 3 months of treatment.Results Compared with the pre-treatment period,the VAS score and NRS score gradually decreased in both groups after 1 and 3 months of treatment,and group A was always lower than group B(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment period,the ODI scores of patients in both groups gradually decreased after 1 and 3 months of treatment,and group A was always lower than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Fourarea lumbar intervertebral foramen injection combined with five-joint method is effective in treating complex knee pain,relieving pain,improving function,and having few adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
