揿针疗法联合腹部按摩治疗阿片类药物相关性便秘的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析揿针疗法联合腹部按摩治疗阿片类药物相关性便秘(OIC)的临床效果。方法选取2021年7月至2022年8月九江市第一人民医院收治的100例OIC患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者采用常规治疗联合揿针疗法及腹部按摩治疗,7 d为1个疗程。记录两组临床疗效,并比较两组治疗前及治疗2个疗程后的便秘患者症状自评量表(PAC-SYM)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、便秘患者生存质量自评量表(PAC-QOL)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗2个疗程后各维度PAC-SYM评分及其总分、SAS评分、PAC-QOL评分均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗2个疗程后各维度PAC-SYM评分及其总分、SAS评分、PAC-QOL评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论揿针疗法联合腹部按摩治疗OIC效果显著,可促进患者便秘症状缓解,缓解焦虑情绪,改善患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of needle-embedding therapy combined with abdominal massage in the treatment of opioid-induced constipation(OIC).Methods A total of 100 patients with OIC who were treated in Jiujiang No.1 People's Hospital from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment while patients in the observation group were given conventional treatment combined with needle-embedding therapy and abdominal massage therapy,and both groups took 7 days as a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was recorded,and the changes in patient assessment of constipation symptoms(PAC-SYM)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and patient assessment of constipation quality of life scale(PAC-QOL)score were compared between the two groups before treatment and after treatment.Results The total efficacy in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of dimensions and total score of PAC-SYM,SAS score and PAC-QOL score in both groups were lower compared with those before treatment,and the scores of dimensions and total score of PAC-SYM,SAS score and PAC-QOL score in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Needle-embedding therapy combined with abdominal massage has a significant effect in the treatment of OIC,and it can help alleviate constipation symptoms,relieve anxiety and improve quality of life of patients.
