补血益母丸联合缩宫素在产妇产后恢复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨补血益母丸联合缩宫素在产妇产后恢复中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月景德镇市第三人民医院产科的60例产妇作为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用补血益母丸联合缩宫素治疗,对照组采用缩宫素治疗。比较两组的不良反应发生率、宫底下降速度、宫底高度、恶露持续时间、子宫复旧时间、母乳喂养成功率。结果观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组宫底下降速度快于对照组,宫底高度低于对照组,恶露持续时间、子宫复旧时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇母乳喂养成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补血益母丸联合缩宫素对产妇产后恢复具有促进作用,值得在临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of Buxue Yimu Pills combined with Oxytocin on postpartum recovery of parturients.Methods A total of 60 parturients from the Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to drawing lots method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Buxue Yimu Pills combined with Oxytocin,while the control group was treated with Oxytocin.The incidence of adverse reactions,the descending rate of uterine fundus,the height of uterine fundus,the duration of lochia,the time of uterine involution and the success rate of breast-feeding were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The descending rate of uterine fundus in the observation group was faster than that in the control group,the height of uterine fundus,the duration of lochia and the time of uterine involution in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The success rate of breast-feeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buxue Yimu Pills combined with Oxytocin can promote the postpartum recovery of parturients,and is worthy of clinical application.
