扶正祛风汤治疗气虚型慢性荨麻疹的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨扶正祛风汤治疗气虚型慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法选取2019年7月至2021年12月在桂林市中医医院门诊就诊的100例慢性荨麻疹(气虚型)患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者使用氯雷他定片和维生素C片治疗,观察组患者用扶正祛风汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床症状评分、不良反应发生率、复发率、外周血中C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清淀粉样A物质(SAA)及D-二聚体的表达水平。结果观察组患者治疗后10、20、30、40 d的临床症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的血清CRP、SAA、D-二聚体的表达水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗后的血清CRP、SAA、D-二聚体的表达水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的血清CRP、SAA、D-二聚体的表达水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正祛风汤治疗慢性荨麻疹能够显著降低患者体内CRP、SAA、D-二聚体的表达水平,有效改善患者临床症状,安全性高,可降低复发率,疗效明显。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fuzheng Qufeng Decoction in treating qi-deficiency chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic urticaria(qi-deficiency type)treated in the Outpatient Department of Guilin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to December 2021 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Loratadine Tablets and vitamin C tablets,and observation group was treated with Fuzheng Qufeng Decoction.The clinical symptom score,incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate,peripheral blood C-reactive protein(CRP),serum amyloid A substance(SAA)and D-dimer expression levels were compared between the two groups.Results Clinical symptom scores of observation group were lower than those of control group at 10,20,30 and 40 days after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression levels of CRP,SAA and D-dimer in serum of observation group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression levels of CRP,SAA and D-dimer in serum of control group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression levels of CRP,SAA and D-dimer in serum of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic urticaria,Fuzheng Qufeng Decoction can significantly reduce the expression levels of CRP,SAA and D-dimer,effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,with high safety,and can r
