摘  要:目的研究主动学习策略改进传统讲授型教学在进修生超声诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法回顾性选择2019年3月至2022年6月在南昌大学第一附属医院进修超声诊断学的62名学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(n=31)与对照组(n=31)。对照组进修生采用传统讲授型教学方法,试验组进修生采用主动学习策略改进后的讲授型教学方法。比较两组进修生的教学考核成绩、教学体验效果、教学总满意度。结果试验组进修生的理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组进修生的教学资源丰富、教学方法先进、激发学习兴趣、提高问题解决能力、提高临床思维能力、提高沟通表达能力、提高团队协作能力、培养科研创新能力、考核方式科学合理的体验得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组进修生对本次教学的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论主动学习策略改进后的讲授型教学方法在进修生超声诊断学教学中的应用对提升进修生的理论知识成绩和上机实践成绩均有积极作用,进修生有关超声诊断学的教学体验更加良好且教学满意度更高,值得教学推广。Objective To study the application effect of of the traditional lecture-based learning improved by the active learning method in ultrasonic diagnostics teaching for advanced students.Methods A total of 62 students who studied ultrasonic diagnostics in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from March 2019 to June 2022 were selected retrospectively as the research objects,and they were divided into the experimental group(n=31)and the control group(n=31)according to random number table methods.The advanced students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the advanced students in the experimental group adopted the teaching method improved by the active learning strategy.The differences between the two groups in teaching assessment results,teaching experience effect and teaching satisfaction were compared.Results The scores of theoretical examination and practical examination of the advanced students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experience scores in terms of rich teaching resources,advanced teaching methods,stimulating learning interest,improving problem-solving ability,improving clinical thinking ability,improving communication and expression ability,improving teamwork ability,cultivating scientific research and innovation ability,and the experience scores of scientific and reasonable assessment methods of the advanced students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction with teaching of the advanced students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the improved teaching-based teaching method in ultrasonic diagnostics teaching of advanced students after the improvement of active learning strategy has a positive effect on improving the theoretical knowledge performance
