摘　　要：目的探讨床旁快速检测(POCT)联合心理护理对急性胸痛患者的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2022年2月福州市第二医院急诊科收治的急性胸痛患者45例为观察组,回顾性选取2020年1月至2021年1月福州市第二医院急诊科就诊的急性胸痛患者45例为对照组,对照组采用常规急救护理,观察组在对照组基础上使用POCT联合心理护理。比较两组患者在急诊科停留时间、检验报告时间、门球时间、负面情绪评分以及护理满意度。结果观察组的急诊科停留时间、检验报告时间、门球时间短于对照组,负面情绪评分低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将POCT联合心理护理应用于急性胸痛患者中,能够优化急救护理措施,提高救治效率及护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of point-of-care testing(POCT)combined with psychological nursing on patients with acute chest pain.Methods A total of 45 patients with acute chest pain admitted to the Department of Emergency,Fuzhou Second Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 45 patients with acute chest pain admitted to the Department of Emergency,Fuzhou Second Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the control group.The control group was given routine emergency nursing,and the observation group was given POCT combined with psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The length of stay in the emergency department,test report time,goalball time,negative emotion score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The emergency department stay time,inspection report time and goalball time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of POCT combined with psychological nursing in patients with acute chest pain can optimize emergency nursing measures,improve treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction.
