生理盐水外敷在高渗液所致静脉炎患者中的护理应用

摘　　要：目的探讨生理盐水外敷在高渗液所致静脉炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月至2022年6月赣州市肿瘤医院接受高渗液药物输液的98例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(49例)和观察组(49例)。对照组采取硫酸镁湿敷,观察组在硫酸镁湿敷基础上加用生理盐水外敷,两组患者均持续干预5 d,比较两组患者静脉炎情况、疼痛情况、症状改善情况、舒适度和生活质量。结果干预前,两组患者疼痛情况、舒适度和生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组干预5 d后静脉炎情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组红肿消除时间、疼痛消失时间、静脉弹性恢复时间、条索环状硬物恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后舒适状况量表(GCQ)中生理、心理、精神、社会文化评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后健康调查简表(SF-36)中躯体功能、生命活力、生理职能、心理健康、社会功能、情感职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生理盐水能有效降低高渗性药物所致的静脉炎发生率,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者舒适度和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of external application of physiological saline in patients with phlebitis caused by hypertonic fluid.Methods From December 2020 to June 2022,98 patients received hypertonic drug infusion in Ganzhou Cancer Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(49 cases)and observation group(49 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate wet compress,and the observation group was treated with physiological saline on the basis of magnesium sulfate wet compress.Both groups continued to intervene for 5 d,compare phlebitis,pain,symptom improvement,comfort and quality of life of two groups.Results There were no significant differences in pain,comfort and quality of life between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The condition of phlebitis in the observation group was better than that in the control group after 5 d of intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of swelling elimination,pain elimination,venous elasticity recovery and the recovery time of cord and ring hard objects in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical,psychological,spiritual,social and cultural scores in the general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,life vitality,physiological function,mental health,social function,emotional function,physical pain and overall health of the 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Physiological saline can effecti
