摘  要:为探究外源脱落酸(ABA)对冷胁迫烟草幼苗的缓解效应,本研究以‘云烟97’为试材,分析了外源ABA对烟草幼苗叶片细胞膜透性、抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的影响。结果表明,冷胁迫会增大烟草幼苗叶片细胞膜透性,随冷胁迫时间延长,膜透性逐渐增大,对烟苗产生伤害;叶面喷施ABA能维持细胞膜的相对稳定性,减轻冷胁迫对烟苗的伤害度,在冷胁迫1~4 d时,伤害度分别降低了33.36、36.78、58.60和1.86倍,显著小于未喷施外源ABA的冷胁迫处理。冷胁迫处理增加叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量,诱导抗氧化酶活性的增强,引起渗透调节物质含量的增加;而叶面喷施ABA处理能提高叶片中抗氧化酶活性,抑制MDA的过量积累,始终维持较高的渗透调节物质含量。综上,外源ABA通过调节植株保护酶活性和渗透调节水平等提高烟草幼苗抗冷性。In order to explore the mitigation effect of exogenous abscisic acid(ABA)on tobacco seedlings under cold stress,this study used‘Yunyan 97’as experimental material to analyze the effects of exogenous ABA on cell membrane permeability,antioxidant enzyme activity and osmotic regulatory substance content of tobacco seedlings.The results showed that cold stress increased the cell membrane permeability of tobacco seedling leaves,and the membrane permeability increased gradually with the extension of cold stress time,which would cause damage to tobacco seedlings.Spraying exogenous ABA could maintain the relative stability of cell membrane,and reduce the damage of cold stress to tobacco seedlings.During 1 to 4 days of cold stress,the damage degree of membrane was 33.36,36.78,58.60 and 1.86 times,which was significantly lower than that of cold stress treatment without exogenous ABA spraying.Cold stress treatment increased the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in leaves,enhanced the activity of antioxidant enzymes,and increased the content of osmotic regulatory substances.Moreover,ABA treatment could further increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes,inhibit the accumulation of MDA content,and maintain a high content of osmotic regulatory substances.In conclusion,exogenous ABA can improve cold resistance of tobacco seedlings by regulating the activity of plant protective enzymes and osmoregulation level.
