超大封闭TBS对黔中地区农田害鼠的控制效果

摘　　要：TBS灭鼠技术是我国近年农田害鼠绿色防控的核心技术之一,目前推广应用的是标准的60 m围栏的矩形或线形TBS,超大TBS的灭鼠效果未有报道。本文在息烽县比较了2020年不同月份600 m超大封闭式、60 m矩形和60 m直线型TBS捕获害鼠的种类组成、捕获数量、不同月份捕鼠量以及控制效果。3种TBS围栏共捕鼠393只,7个鼠种。各不同类型TBS捕获鼠种组成比例无明显差异,均以黑线姬鼠为优势种,占总捕鼠量的45.04%;不同类型TBS捕鼠数的月份变化趋势相同,均呈现单峰型,高峰期为5—6月。3种类型TBS控制效果为66.67%~70.00%,效果良好。但600 m超大封闭式TBS,控害面积大,较常规TBS劳动成本投入减少,在贵州山区具有良好的推广价值。Rodent control technology using Super-Large Fence Trap-Barrier System(TBS)is one of the key technologies for green prevention and control of farmland rodents in China in recent years.At present,the standard rectangular or linear TBS with 60 m fence is widely used in China,but no super-large TBS was used for assessing the effect of rodent management.We constructed a 600 m super large TBS,a 60 m rectangular TBS and a 60 m linear TBS in 2020 in Xifeng County,Guizhou Province,respectively,and the species composition,capture quantity,capture quantity and control effect among them were compared.The results showed that a total of 393 animals,including 7 rodent species were captured in the three types of TBSes.The composition proportion of rodent species captured were no significantly different among three types of TBSes,and Apodemus agrarius was the dominant species,accounting for 45.04%of the total trapped rodents.The trends of variation in rodent numbers captured by different types of TBSes from April to September were same,showing a single peak of rodent number,which occurred in May-June.The control effects of these TBSes were well,which was 66.67%~70.00%.However,the super-large TBS with 600 m fence had the biggest management area,and which could reduce the labor cost compared with the traditional TBS installation methods.This type of TBS is suitable for use in mountainous areas of Guizhou Province.
