草栖钝绥螨雌成螨对侧多食跗线螨的捕食功能反应

摘  要:为明确草栖钝绥螨Amblyseius herbicolus(Chant)对侧多食跗线螨Polyphagotarsonemus latus(Banks)的控制能力,在温度为28±1℃、相对湿度为(85±5)%、光照L∶D=16 h∶8 h的条件下测定草栖钝绥螨雌成螨对侧多食跗线螨各种螨态的选择捕食作用和捕食功能反应。结果表明:草栖钝绥螨对侧多食跗线螨的雌成螨、幼螨、卵和若螨的选择性捕食系数分别为1.53、1.18、0.86及0.42,对雌成螨和幼螨表现出嗜食性,对卵和若螨表现出非嗜食性;草栖钝绥螨雌成螨对侧多食跗线螨各螨态的捕食功能反应均符合Holling-Ⅱ型;对侧多食跗线螨幼螨的控制能力最强,其次为成螨、卵和若螨,捕食能力a/Th值分别为65.0430、56.8499、45.4918、23.3043;对幼螨、成螨、卵、若螨最大日捕食量,分别为109.8901、90.0901、54.6448、24.3902。研究表明,草栖钝绥螨可作为侧多食跗线螨的生防天敌。In order to clarify the control ability of Amblyseius herbicolus(Chant)against Polyphagotarsonemus latus(Banks),the selective predation and predation functional response of female adults of A.herbicolus were measured under the conditions of temperature 28±1℃,relative humidity(85±5)%,and photoperiod L∶D=16 h∶8 h.The results showed that the selective predation coefficients of females,larvae,eggs and nymphs were 1.53,1.18,0.86 and 0.42,respectively,which meant that the A.herbicolus female preferred the female adults and larvae of P.latus.The predation function response of A.herbicolus female to all stages of P.latus fitted well with Holling-Ⅱtype;The control ability of A.herbicolus female to the larvae of P.latus was the strongest,followed by the adults,eggs and nymphs,whose a/Th values were 65.0430,56.8499,45.4918 and 23.3043,respectively;and the daily maximum predation amount of A.herbicolus female to the larvae,adults,eggs and nymphs of P.latus were 109.8901,90.0901,54.6448 and 24.3902,respectively.This study proved that A.herbicolus would be a biocontrol agent to P.latus.
