摘 要:为明确4种杀虫剂对天敌昆虫食蚜瘿蚊的安全性,试验采用浸叶法、喷雾法、药膜法对食蚜瘿蚊幼虫、蛹、成虫进行药剂安全性测定。结果显示:4种杀虫剂对食蚜瘿蚊幼虫的致死率大小为啶虫脒>吡蚜酮>噻虫嗪、藜芦碱,所选药剂对2龄幼虫的影响高于3龄幼虫;对蛹的安全性由高到低为吡蚜酮(88%)>藜芦碱(84%)>啶虫脒(70%)>噻虫嗪(46%);对成虫的致死率由大到小为噻虫嗪>啶虫脒>藜芦碱>吡蚜酮,成虫死亡率随处理时间的延长而升高,其中噻虫嗪、啶虫脒均超90%,处理间差异不显著,吡蚜酮对成虫死亡率影响最小,处理48 h后与其余处理间差异均达到显著水平。综上所述,选择吡蚜酮试剂作为防蚜药剂可有效降低食蚜瘿蚊死亡率,增加两者的联合防控效率。In order to clarify the safety of the four insecticides against the natural enemy insect Aphidoletes aphidimyza,three methods,leaf dipping method,spray method and film method were used to measure the safety of fout insecticides against the larvae,pupae and adult of A.aphidimyza.The results showed that the lethality rate of the four insecticides against the larvae of A.aphidimyza from high to low was acetamidine,pyrazone,thiamethoxam and veratrol,and the effect of the selected insecticides on the second instar larvae was higher than that on the third instar larvae.From high to low,the safety of four insecticides on pupae was pyrazidone(88%),veratrol(84%),dimethamidine(70%),thiamethoxam(46%).While the mortality rate to adults ranged from large to small,was thiamethoxam,acetamidine,veratrol,and pyrhexidone,which increased with the prolongation of treatment time,among which the mortality rate of thiamethoxam and acetamidine to adults were more than 90%,with no significance between treatments,Pyrhexidone had the least effect on the mortality of the adult,and there was siginificant between the treatments after 48 hours.In conclusion,the selection of pyhidone reagent as aphid control insecticide could effectively reduce the death rate of A.aphidimyza and increase the combined control efficiency of both.
