75份贵州小麦品种(系)抗病基因的KASP标记检测

摘　　要：贵州气候温暖湿润,容易发生小麦病害。因此选育推广抗病小麦品种,对贵州小麦安全生产至关重要。为明确75份贵州小麦品种(系)中所含抗病基因,本研究运用KASP标记技术对供试材料中所含叶锈病抗病基因(Lr14a、Lr46、Lr68、Lr34)、白粉病抗病基因(Pm21)、赤霉病抗病基因(Fhb1)进行检测。结果表明:含有Lr14a的品种(系)共24份,占32.0%;含有Lr46的品种(系)共14份,占18.7%;含有Lr68的品种(系)共3份,占4.0%;含有Lr34的品种(系)共5份,占6.7%;含有Pm21的品种(系)共65份,占86.7%;未检测到含有Fhb1的品种(系);同时含有叶锈病、白粉病抗病基因的小麦品种(系)共计26份材料,占34.7%。本研究结果可为贵州小麦抗病育种亲本材料的应用提供参考。The warm and moist climate of Guizhou favors the development of wheat disease.Therefore,Breeding and promotion of disease-resistant wheat varieties is vitally important to the safety of the wheat production in Guizhou.To identify the disease-resistance genes of 75 wheat varieties(lines)in Guizhou,the resistance genes of leaf rust(Lr14a,Lr46,Lr68 and Lr34),one powdery mildew(Pm21)and one fusarium head blight(Fhb1)were detected by KASP(kompetitive allele specific)marker technique.The results showed that 24,14,3,5 and 65 varieties(lines)were carried Lr14a,Lr46,Lr68,Lr34 and Pm21,which accounted for 32.0%,18.7%,4.0%,6.7%and 86.7%of tested materials.Fhb1 was not found in all tested materials.Twenty-six varieties(lines)both carried leaf rust resistance gene and powdery mildew resistance gene,which accounted for 34.7%of the tested materials.The results of this study could provide theoretical basis for selection parental material in breeding disease-resistant wheat varieties in Guizhou.
