摘  要:常规火力发电厂实施热电联产节能改造是提升能源利用效率的重要手段.文章以河北定州某发电厂供热改造工程为例,通过自行设计、制作滑移装置及吊装门架,采用多台卷扬机与手动链条葫芦进行协同、配合,成功解决了该电厂660 MW大型火电机组直接空冷岛蒸汽分配管加装蝶阀改造工程中,在复杂、狭小空间进行蝶阀移运及吊装的难题,积累了宝贵的工程经验.The energy-saving transformation of cogeneration in conventional thermal power plants is an important means to improve energy utilization efficiency.Taking the heat supply renovation project of a power plant in Dingzhou,Hebei Province as an example,this paper successfully solved the problem of butterfly valve transportation and hoisting in complex and narrow space during the renovation project of adding butterfly valve to the steam distribution pipe of the direct air cooling island of the 660 MW large thermal power plant by self-designed and manufactured sliding device and hoisting gantry,using multiple winches and manual chain hoists for cooperation and cooperation,and accumulated valuable engineering experience.
