摘　　要：燃煤电厂是传统的电力能源生产企业,通过燃煤(可燃物)的方式生产电能,为社会的正常生产与运转提供能源支持.但燃煤电厂在生产过程中会排出大量污水和烟气,对周围的生态环境造成影响,严重的还会威胁周围居民的身体健康.对此,各燃煤电厂均设置了烟气处理系统,使用了综合性烟气处理工艺与技术,旨在实现燃煤电厂有序生产的同时保护周围环境,避免对自然环境造成影响.燃煤电厂烟气处理设施作为烟气处理的主要工具,其自身性能将直接影响烟气处理的效果.文章主要介绍燃煤电厂烟气处理系统的常用设施,根据烟气处理的不同环节和系统分析各处理设施常见的故障问题,并提出设施维护与检修的建议.Coal-fired power plants are the traditional electric energy industry.They produce and provide electric energy by burning coal(combustibles)to provide energy support for the normal production and operation of society.However,coal-fired power plants will discharge a large amount of sewage and flue gas in the production process,which will affect the surrounding ecological environment and seriously threaten the health of surrounding residents.In this regard,each coal-fired power plant has set up a flue gas treatment system,which uses comprehensive flue gas treatment processes and technologies to achieve orderly production of coal-fired power plants while protecting the surrounding environment and avoiding the impact on the natural environment.As the main tool of flue gas treatment,the performance of flue gas treatment equipment in coal-fired power plants will directly affect the effect of flue gas treatment.This paper will mainly introduce the common equipment of the flue gas treatment system in coal-fired power plants,analyze the common faults of each treatment facility according to the different links and systems of flue gas treatment,and put forward suggestions for facility maintenance and repair for reference.
