摘 要:变电站的接线端子箱大多安装在环境条件较为恶劣的户外,且箱内接线口的布置十分紧凑,在潮湿的雨季极容易使端子箱内的绝缘体性能受损,使箱内直流正电源或负电源接地,继而导致熔断器出现拒动或误动故障,最终影响整个变电站的运行稳定性.为此,文章结合变电站户外端子箱的安装环境条件,对端子箱受潮故障的原因进行了细致分析.在此基础上提出了一种可实时监测端子箱湿度与元件运行工况信息,并降低端子箱绝缘故障概率的密封防潮装置设计方案.Most of the terminal boxes in substations are installed outdoors in harsh environmental conditions,and the layout of the junction box is very compact.In the wet rainy season,it is very easy to damage the performance of the insulator in the terminal box,making the DC positive or negative power supply in the box grounded,and then causing the fuse to fail or malfunction,and ultimately affecting the operation stability of the entire substation.For this reason,the article first analyzes the cause of the terminal box damped fault in detail according to the installation environment conditions of the outdoor terminal box in the substation.On this basis,a design scheme of sealed moisture-proof device is proposed,which can monitor the humidity of the terminal box and the operating condition of the components in real time,and reduce the insulation failure probability of the terminal box.
