摘 要:仿真培训顾名思义就是通过模拟现场实际情景,对工作人员进行培训的方式.而电力仿真培训是新时期下电力企业提升工作人员专业能力以及管理能力的重要途径,可以通过仿真培训的模式提升工作人员解决和处理实际问题的素养,并从中发现培训中存在的不足,进而优化培训模式,提升仿真培训管理水平以及培训效果.当前电力仿真培训中存在着一定的问题,主要是由于电力仿真培训过程中培训人员的专业能力以及创新意识存在不足,导致仿真培训工作的开展效果较差,甚至一些企业缺乏健全的培训体系以及完善的仿真培训设施,导致仿真培训的效果大打折扣.文章对电力仿真培训中存在的问题进行了深度分析,并提出了几项提升电力仿真培训效果的对策,以供参考.Simulation training,as its name implies,is a way to train the staff by simulating the actual scene on the site.Power simulation training is an important way for power enterprises to improve the professional ability and management ability of the staff in the new era.It can improve the staff’s ability to solve and deal with practical problems through simulation training mode,find out the deficiencies in training,and then optimize the training mode,Improve the management level and training effect of simulation training.However,there are still some problems in the current power simulation training,mainly due to the lack of professional ability and innovation awareness of the trainers in the process of power simulation training,which leads to the poor performance of the simulation training work,and even the lack of a sound training system and perfect simulation training in some enterprises,which leads to a great discount in the effectiveness of simulation training.Based on this,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in power simulation training,and puts forward several countermeasures to improve the effect of power simulation training for reference.
