摘 要:心脏疾病是目前导致全球人口死亡的主要原因之一。心肌疾病发展到终末期可导致心力衰竭或心源性猝死。在心肌疾病发生发展的过程中,终末分化心肌细胞死亡是心肌损伤的重要致病因素,不同类型的细胞死亡所引起的病理性失代偿性心肌细胞死亡均会促进心肌疾病的病理发展和心功能的恶化,但目前心肌细胞死亡的机制尚不明确。铁死亡是一种新的细胞死亡,不仅具有复杂的信号通路,同时伴有代谢过程的异常,并与心肌疾病密切相关。本文从“气-线粒体-铁死亡”轴对铁死亡的发生机制及其在心肌疾病中的研究进展进行综述,并对铁死亡与中医药相关理论的联系进行探讨,以期为心肌疾病提供新的研究思路和治疗靶点。Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death worldwide.The progression of cardiac disease to terminal stage can lead to heart failure or sudden cardiac death.In the development and progression of myocardial diseases,terminal differentiated cardiomyocyte death is an important pathogenic factor of myocardial injury.Pathological decompensated cardiomyocyte death caused by different types of cell death can promote the pathological development of myocardial diseases and the deterioration of cardiac function,but the mechanism of cardiomyocyte death is still unclear.Iron death is a new type of cell death,which not only has complex signaling pathways,but also is associated with abnormal metabolic processes,and is closely related to myocardial diseases.In this paper,the mechanism of iron death and its research progress in myocardial diseases were reviewed from the axis of“Qi-mitochondria-iron death”,and the connection between iron death and relevant theories of traditional Chinese medicine was discussed,in order to provide new research ideas and therapeutic targets for myocardial disea ses.
