改良灌肠法与传统灌肠法对消化道疾病患者肠道清洁效果的比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨用改良灌肠法对消化道疾病患者进行肠道清洁的效果。方法:选取遵义医科大学附属医院消化内科2016年6月至2018年6月收治的需灌肠的消化道疾病患者94例作为本次研究对象,按照随机数表法将所有患者分为试验组和对照组。试验组50例患者采用改良灌肠法进行肠道清洁,对照组44例患者采用传统灌肠法进行肠道清洁。对两组灌肠患者的清洁效果、不舒适感、护理满意率进行比较分析。结果:试验组的清洁达标率(100.00%)明显高于对照组的77.27%(P<0.05);试验组的不舒适率(18.00%)明显低于对照组的68.18%(P<0.05);试验组的护理满意率(100.00%)明显高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05)。结论:改良灌肠法的清洁效果、灌肠时引起的不适感、相关护理满意率均明显优于传统灌肠法。Objective:To investigate the effect of modified enema on intestinal cleaning in patients with digestive tract diseases.Methods:94 patients with digestive tract diseases requiring enema admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology,Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as subjects of this study,and all patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method.Fifty patients in the experimental group received modified enema for intestinal cleaning,and 44 patients in the control group received traditional enema for intestinal cleaning.Two groups of enema patients cleaning effect,discomfort,nursing satisfaction rate were compared and analyzed.Results:The cleanliness compliance rate of test group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of control group(77.27%)(P<0.05).The discomfort rate of experimental group(18.00%)was significantly lower than that of control group(68.18%)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of experimental group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of control group(81.82%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The cleaning effect of modified enema,the discomfort caused by enema and the satisfaction rate of related nursing care are obviously better than that of traditional enema.
