摘  要:目的:探讨精胺对琥珀酰氨基咪唑(SAICAr)水平的影响及用于改善腺苷酸琥珀酸裂解酶(ADSL)缺陷症的效用。方法:通过标准品建立了SAICAr检测的质谱技术方法。以5μM精胺处理A549和MDA-MB-231细胞24小时后,收集细胞,通过质谱检测细胞中SAICAr的含量。结论:精胺可有效地降低SAICAr水平,其有望成为ADSL缺陷症治疗领域具有开发前景的新药。Objective:To investigate the effects of spermine on the level of s uccinylaminimidazole(SAICAr)and its effect on improving adenylate succinase(ADSL)defects.Methods:A mass spectrometry technique for SAICAr detection was established by using standard materials.A549 and MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with 5µM spermidine for 24 h,and the SAICAr content in the cells was detected by mass spectrometry.Conclusion:Spermine can effectively reduce the level of SAICAr,and it is expected to be a promising new drug in the treatment of ADSL defects.
