摘  要:目的:探讨全数字化钼靶联合高频彩超诊断乳腺原位癌的效果。方法:回顾性分析102例2018年1月至2022年10月在柳州市工人医院确诊为乳腺原位癌患者的临床资料。对这些患者均进行全数字化钼靶与高频彩超检查,统计分析全数字化钼靶与高频彩超联合及两者单独检查诊断乳腺原位癌的准确率。结果:全数字化钼靶联合高频彩超检查诊断乳腺原位癌的准确率高于二者单独检查,P<0.05。全数字化钼靶联合高频彩超检查诊断≤50岁患者乳腺原位癌的准确率高于二者单独检查,P<0.05。结论:全数字化钼靶联合高频彩超诊断乳腺原位癌的准确率较高,有临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the effect of full digital molybdenum target combined with high frequency color ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast carcinoma in situ.Methods:Clinical data of 102 patients diagnosed with carcinoma in situ of breast in Liuzhou Workers’Hospital from January 2018 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All of these patients underwent full digital molybdenum target and high frequency color doppler ultrasonography,and the diagnostic accuracy of full digital molybdenum target combined with high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography and single detection of breast carcinoma in situ was statistically analyzed.Results:The accuracy of full digital molybdenum target combined with high-frequency color ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast carcinoma in situ was higher than that of the two alone,P<0.05.The accuracy of full digital molybdenum target combined with high-frequency color ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast carcinoma in situ in patients≤50 years old was higher than that of the two alone,P<0.05.Conclusion:Full digital molybdenum target combined with high frequency color ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast carcinoma in situ has high accuracy,and has clinical application value.
