摘 要:肺炎支原体是引起获得性肺炎的常见病原体。肺炎支原体感染除了会导致呼吸道症状外,重症患者还会发生肺外器官损害。肺炎支原体感染后由于患者无特异性的临床表现,同时影像学表现过于复杂,因此病原菌培养便成为了诊断肺炎支原体感染最重要的方式。但由于病原菌培养耗时较长且费用较高,因此很难作为肺炎支原体感染的早期诊断方法。另外,肺炎支原体血清学抗体检测的阳性率较低,灵敏度与特异性差异也较大。近年来,随着分子诊断技术的发展,肺炎支原体检测的特异性和敏感度均得到了提高,同时还可用于肺炎支原体的耐药性检测,可作为肺炎支原体感染快速、准确的诊断方法。对此,本文简要分析了肺炎支原体检测方法的研究进展,希望可以为相关工作者提供帮助。Mycoplasma pneumoniae is a common pathogen that causes acquired pneumonia.In addition to respiratory symptoms,mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can cause extra-lung organ damage in severe cases.Due to the lack of specific clinical manifestations and complex imaging manifestations,pathogen culture has become the most important way to diagnose mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.However,due to the long time and high cost of pathogen culture,it is difficult to be used as an early diagnosis method of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.In addition,the positive rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae serological antibody detection was low,and the sensitivity and specificity were different.In recent years,with the development of molecular diagnostic technology,the specificity and sensitivity of detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae have been improved.At the same time,it can also be used to detect drug resistance of Mycoplasma pneumoniae,and can be used as a rapid and accurate diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.In this paper,the research progress of detection methods of Mycoplasma pneumoniae was briefly analyzed,hoping to provide help for related workers.
