基于“态靶结合”浅析运脾散加减在小儿厌食症治疗中的应用

摘　　要：小儿厌食症是指小儿出现长期食欲不振、摄食下降情况的疾病,目前在城市、农村儿童群体中均处于高发态势,已成为中西医儿科重点防治疾病之一。运脾散是中医药治疗厌食的经验方,本文根据仝小林院士提出的“态靶结合”理论,分析运脾散组方用药,旨在为今后临床使用运脾散提供理论依据。Pediatric anorexia refers to the disease of long-term loss of appetite and decreased intake in children.At present,it is in a high incidence situation in urban and rural children,and has become one of the key prevention and treatment diseases in pediatrics of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Yunpi SAN is an empirical prescription for the treatment of anorexia by traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the theory of“combination of state and target”proposed by Academician Tong Xiaolin,this paper analyzed the use of Yunpi SAN,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the futur e clinical use of Yunpi SAN.
