摘　　要：目的:研究身痛逐瘀汤结合腰椎稳定性训练治疗顽固性腰痛58例的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年12月中国联勤保障部队第九二三医院收治的58例顽固性腰痛患者,随机分为参照组和治疗组。参照组采用身痛逐瘀汤+传统腰背肌功能训练进行治疗,治疗组采用身痛逐瘀汤+腰椎稳定性训练进行治疗,观察对比两组治疗后的临床疗效和VAS评分。结果:与参照组相比,治疗组的总有效率显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的VAS评分显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用身痛逐瘀汤结合腰椎稳定性训练治疗顽固性腰痛可减轻患者的疼痛,治疗效果显著,值得推广。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Shendong Zhuyu Decoction combined with lumbar stability training on intractable lumbago in 58 cases.Methods:A total of 58 patients with intractable low back pain admitted to 923 Hospital of the Chinese Joint Logistic Support Force from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the reference group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction+traditional lumbback muscle function training,and the treatment group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu decoction+lumbar stability training.The clinical efficacy and VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were observed and compared.Results:Compared with the reference group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of intractable lumbago with Body pain Zhuyu decoction combined with lumbar stability training can reduce the pain of patients,and the therapeutic effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
