基于“无虚不作眩”理论辨治老年高血压性眩晕的临证心得

摘　　要：高血压是老年人常见的慢性疾病。头晕、目眩是老年高血压患者就诊时最常见的首发及主要症状。西药治疗高血压存在不良反应多、患者自觉症状改善不明显等问题。中医药治疗高血压具有可长期改善血压、缓解临床症状等特点。根据老年高血压的病机、症状特点,可将其归于中医“眩晕”范畴。本文总结了王勉教授治疗老年高血压性眩晕的临证经验。王勉教授认为,从肝肾阴虚方面论治老年高血压性眩晕主要是通过调节脏腑阴阳来改善患者的体质,缓解其临床症状,疗效颇佳。Hypertension is a common chronic disease in the elderly.Dizziness and vertigo are the most common initial and main symptoms in elderly patients with hypertension.There are many adverse reactions in the treatment of hypertension with western medicine and the improvement of patients’symptoms is not obvious.TCM treatment of hypertension has the characteristics of long-term improvement of blood pressure and relief of clinical symptoms.According to the pathogenesis and symptom characteristics of senile hypertension,it can be attributed to the category of vertigo in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper summarizes the clinical experience of Professor Wang Mian in treating senile hypertensive vertigo.Professor Wang Mian believes that the treatment of elderly hypertensive vertigo from the aspect of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney is mainly through the regulation of Yin and Yang of zang fu organs to improve the patient’s physique,relieve its clinical symptoms,the effect is quite good.
