摘　　要：严重烧伤救治成功率极大提高,但大量患者存在运动功能减退或丧失、生活质量下降等烧伤后遗症。针对严重烧伤后高代谢和长期制动带来的生理和心理方面的诸多问题,运动康复训练是一种行之有效的康复治疗手段。本文综述严重烧伤对身体功能的影响以及运动康复在严重烧伤中的研究现状。The success rate of treatment of burns has been greatly improved,but a large number of survivors have burn sequelae such as motor dysfunction or loss and decreased quality of life.In view of the physiological and psychological problems caused by hypermetabolism and long-term braking after large surface burns,exercise rehabilitation training is an effective method.This article reviews the influence of severe burns on physical function and the research status of exercise rehabilitation of severe burns.
